Welcome to my new website. The general theme that runs through my photography is that of using the lighting in the scene and not augmenting it. In my day job I work in the entertainment lighting industry where the photos I am assigned to take are to accentuate the lighting used. It has taken years to perfect a system where lighting shows as the main feature, but does not drown out nor fade into the background of the image. I've taken this practice of photography and integrated it into my other works. My interests range greatly and my photography reflects that, from landscapes and wildlife to concerts and architecture, and even a few cheerleaders thrown in for good measure.
